The meeting is held on the historic island of San Servolo in the harmonious setting of an ancient monastery, an oasis of greenery and tranquillity in the heart of the Venetian lagoon.

Perinatal Science International is enjoyable!
Guests at San Servolo can enjoy a permanent art collection that includes works by Pomodoro, Chia, Plessi, Pino Castagna, Kan Yasuda and Gianni Aricò.
The Centre frequently hosts Biennale and other exhibitions.
The island is home to the Museum of the San Servolo Asylum, with exhibits from the 18th century psychiatric hospital. The glories of St Mark’s Square and Venice are only eight minutes away by vaporetto.

The first meeting of Perinatal Science International was held over March 7-9, 2024. It was attended by delegates from New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East, and across Europe, from disciplines that spanned pre-clinical science, statistics, health economics, genomics, and included representatives from industry and the World Health Organisation. The next meeting will take place over April 10-12, 2025.

Perinatal Science International is a meeting of the European Association of Perinatal Medicine, conceived and developed by Professor Neena Modi (UK), Professor Bo Jacobsson (Sweden) and Professor Diogo Ayres de Campos(Portugal), and administered by MCA Events.
